Geraldine Wharry is a Fashion Futurist, Public Speaker, Educator and Designer with 20 years of experience working across the Fashion Industry. As one of the few experts with career expertise as a macro trend forecaster and a fashion design director, her work has been implemented with global leaders and has influenced agencies and brands in areas as diverse as Fashion, Sport, PR, Tech, Beauty, Retail, Innovation and Youth Culture in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Her views on a future of fashion that stands at the crossroads of boundary pushing design and planetary imperatives, are regularly featured on the BBC, WWD, Vogue, Vice and other international press publications. She also writes about thought provoking futures for Dazed Beauty. 

Passionate about knowledge and from a family of educators, artists and scientists, Geraldine also lectures on the methodologies of future forecasting and future scenarios at Universities such as the Royal College of Fashion, the London College of Fashion and launched her own online courses in 2019. She has also dedicated herself to mentoring and climate change activism.

Eshita is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning app By Rotation, the world's first social fashion rental app. Inspired by a love for fashion that doesn’t weigh on her conscience and with an approach grounded in practicality over indulgence, Eshita launched By Rotation in October 2019. An investment professional with over 6 years of experience, she combines her commercial experience with her passions for fashion and graphic design. A “third culture kid” (India, Singapore, US and UK), Eshita is especially focused on creating a conscious and inclusive community that democratises fashion and does not harm the planet. In March 2020, she was named as one of the "14 Inspiring Women Leading The Fight Against Climate Change" by Refinery29 alongside Greta Thunberg, Stella McCartney, Ellen MacArthur and Dr Jane Goodall. In September 2020, she was also recognised as one of the "15 Women Decolonising Sustainable Fashion".

She joined Drapers in May 2014 from a background of social policy journalism, and since becoming editor last year has overseen the relaunch of the website and print magazine. 32 year old Cally Russell is founder and CEO of leading fashion shopping app Mallzee, retail analytics business Mallzee Insights and Lost Stock. Cally, a born leader, has grown the business to employ 25 people, raised over £6.5 million investment and has won a range of tech, fashion and entrepreneurial awards.

Originally from Dunoon and with a degree from Dundee University, Cally started Mallzee in 2013. Since then Mallzee has been downloaded over 1.6 million times and sees millions of product interactions daily across the hundreds of high street brands and retailers featured.

Mallzee Insights utilises the unique consumer preference data generated to deliver pre-release product testing helping retailers improve their stock purchasing decisions, reducing wastage and improving profitability.

Reading about the cancellation of stock orders due to Covid-19 and the suffering being caused to garment workers in manufacturing countries such as Bangladesh - prompted Cally and the Mallzee team to set up Lost Stock. Lost Stock sells this cancelled stock direct to consumers as a ‘surprise’ clothing box. Each box sold supports a Bangladesh family for a week, provides much needed revenue to factories and helps prevent brand new clothes going straight to landfill. Going from concept to launch within one month during a global pandemic - Lost Stock is completely reimaging the fashion supply chain and within six months over 118K boxes have been sold globally.

Sabinna Rachimova graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. Before launching her eponymous label, she worked for the leading Parisian Fashion house Christian Dior and London brand Mary Katrantzou. Sabinna has an innovative take on selling strategies and direct communication with her customers. As a double immigrant woman, she is incredibly passionate about inclusivity, equal opportunities and being an opinion leader for the future generation of creatives. Sabinna also works as a public speaker, spreading the word about both FashTech and sustainable fashion, as well as a consultant with a focus on fashion start-ups and education. Since 2018 she is also a lecturer at the University of Arts London, teaching on the MA Fashion Entrepreneurship & Innovation course. In 2019, Sabinna was named one of Forbes 30under30 DACH.

Laurie Pressman is the vice president of the Pantone Color Institute, the world’s most comprehensive destination to gain intelligence, insight and implications on the science and emotions of color. With over 20 years of experience in product development and merchandising for the fashion and home furnishings markets, Pressman recognizes that color is the most powerful communication tool, and as an intrinsic part of people’s immediate visual experience, it plays a significant role in consumer purchasing decisions and effective brand management. She is involved in the development of Pantone’s color research and color trend forecasting products and serves as the managing editor of TONES, Pantone’s color newsletter. Additionally, she sits on the Home Products Board at Fashion Institute of Technology, the Fashion Advisory Board at Savannah College of Art and Design and is the vice chairman of the color standards committee for the Color Marketing Group.
